Vflyer gives you the ability to easily create, manage and track an online advertising campaign at an affordable price.
VFlyer is the greatest thing since sliced bread and the ability to create virtual flyers is just the start of what this product can do. Founded in June of 2005 by a few internet veterans, VFlyer was initially a simple platform which enabled users to create and post online classified ads in a template format. In November of 2006, VFlyer announced enhanced features tailored around Real Estate. So far in 2007, additional features keep making this real estate sales tool even better.
To get started with VFlyer, you will need to create an account and then follow some simple instructions to create your flyer. There are plenty of templates to choose from including some for national real estate franchises. You can also create your own customized templates. Your flyer can include up to 25 photos and as many links as you like; the layout optimization feature will adjust your flyer based on the amount of content you enter. Once you create your flyer, you’ll be able to submit it automatically to real estate specific marketplaces like Trulia, Craig’s List and Google Base.
For me, the real value of the product is the ability to copy and paste the HTML code of the flyer for use on my blog and website. I absolutely love the Gallery Widgets which can also be embedded on blogs and websites and gives me the option of displaying all my listings in one place. A new service offered this year is Domain Plus which enables users to attach available domain names (like a property address) to their flyers for $9.95 per year. Vflyer also gives you the ability to track overall activity to your flyer by views and visits as well as by source, so you can determine how well a particular flyer is doing.
PRICING: VFlyer offers a number of subscription options including a free ad supported version. The free version, a good opportunity to test drive the product, will give you the ability to create and post 5 flyers. VFlyer Basic at $199.95 a year allows for 25 active flyers and should serve most agents.
PROS: Vflyer is pretty much dummy proof and includes a built-in spell checker. Flyers are automaticallty generated in PDF format. Each flyer has its own landing page with a unique URL hosted by vflyer. Email the entire flyer, a link or send it as a PDF. (You can even import email addresses.) Vflyer support is outstanding and you will find any help you need at the wiki resource center.
CONS: In all honestly, I can’t think of anything negative to say about this product.

I love vFlyer too. I print the flyers for my outside flyer boxes and they look GREAT. Also use ‘em for email blasts when I have a price change or a new listing. The presentation is fab. And the widgets, yep super.
Support. Brilliant.
vflyer is definitely a keeper for me. I agree completely with your 10 and I will match it!
