If you use the blogging platform Wordpress, or the CMS Joomla/Mambo, then make sure to nofollow all of your robot text files on duplicating pages, such as archives or rss feeds. This will keep you from getting a duplicate content slap.

That would work, also a robot.txt file would help with this.
